Got a question? We’ve got answers!
We sure do! You can order them on our website here or in shop!
You can ask a scooper to check at the register of a shop, or email: info@sweetcow.com
Our ice cream is only available in our shops! Mass production for grocery stores isn’t part of our plan for expansion. We want to be in every neighborhood scooping (by hand) every cone, sundae and pint. That being said, you can order Sweet Cow from local delivery services who will come to the shop for you, and deliver it to your front door.
Our staples stay on the board year-round! There is a reason they rose to the “staple” status. From our classic Super Delicious Vanilla to Cookies and Cream, you will find these flavors getting scooped up each and every day. Our rotational flavors transition about every 12 days, or until they run out! Our rotating flavors allow us to ensure that there is always something unique, bold and moolicious for you! See something of interest? Peanut Butter & Jelly? Cinnamon Toast Crunch? Ask your scooper for a taste!
Yes! Many of our flavors are gluten free. Just ask your server, check our website or free app.

No. Sorry folks.
At Sweet Cow, we do our very best to source local ingredients when possible. Our ice cream mix comes from Meadow Gold Dairy here in Colorado, and all of our dairy products are rBGH free.
You can find Big 8 allergen information for our active flavors by clicking on the flavor on our website. You will see a description and any of the Big 8 allergens noted there.
Important Information for individuals with food allergies and concerns
There are risks involved in enjoying our offerings for those with food allergies and concerns.
Food allergies, intolerances, immune reactions and food concerns are serious & our customers should be fully informed about the limitations at Sweet Cow.
All of our offerings are made in the same facility, using the same equipment, and are stored in close proximity to known food allergens.
There is a chance of cross-contact with your food.
There is risk.
Customers could be exposed to Big 8 allergens regardless of any specific flavor, or menu item ordered. We have peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, and wheat/gluten in our shop. Additionally, some ingredients we use may have been processed in a facility that handles allergens not present in the ingredient itself. Thus, there is a risk that trace amounts of any Big 8 allergen may be present in our offerings. Moreover, since we offer a wide variety of unique flavors, not all ingredients are listed in our menu descriptions.
The definition of ‘vegan’ at Sweet Cow includes menu items that contain no animal ingredients or by-products, have not been tested on animals, and do not use animal ingredients or by-products in the manufacturing process. However, we do have animal-based ingredients in our shops, which poses a potential risk of cross-contact with non-vegan flavors or ingredients.
We assume that our customers do not have any allergies or specific dietary needs unless informed otherwise. If you decide that you are comfortable with the level of risk that exists in our offerings, in our shops, we can provide the following:
Use of a clean sanitized scoop.
Ice cream served from a lidded bucket from one of the designated available flavors being stored separately from other open buckets. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose a flavor (from the designated list) that does not contain the allergen they are looking to avoid.
Rainbow sprinkles stored in a separate lidded container with a reduced risk of cross-contact.
**Please note: Toppings, cones, shakes, sammies and cakes introduce additional risk of cross-contact.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a risk-free experience for customers with allergies, intolerances, immune reactions and food concerns.
We kindly ask you to carefully consider these risks as you decide whether our ice cream and other menu items are safe for you to enjoy.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide you with nutritional information for our ice cream. Please know we understand your frustration with not having this information available to you. To do nutritional testing in a commercial laboratory for individual flavors is extremely costly, especially for a small local business. We have a dynamic menu with over 150 unique flavors in rotation at any given time. With the variety of ingredients that go into each flavor, nutritional values will vary widely. This is ultimately why the USDA only requires restaurants and other food establishments with more than 20 units to provide nutritional information for menu items that are on the menu for longer than 90 consecutive days. Additionally, we only get 1-2 requests per year from our customers requesting nutritional information.
Although we strive to accommodate all customer requests, this is one that we are unable to fulfill at this time due to the aforementioned reasons. The overwhelming majority of ice cream companies our size and smaller do not provide nutritional information, and the very few that do typically have smaller, permanent flavors on their menu, or package for retail in grocery stores and therefore are required to adhere to much more stringent federal labeling requirements.
Nope. Sorry folks. We don’t offer wholesale ice cream.

With few exceptions, we focus all of our support on the elementary schools, middle schools and groups that directly work with these schools in each of our shop’s neighborhoods. Nada. At this time, franchising is not part of our growth strategy and we don’t anticipate adopting a franchise business model in the future. Our vision is for slow, steady and sustainable company supported growth in Colorado. But hey, we’re flattered that you thought of us!
