3rd Party Delivery Service Information
If your order was placed directly through a 3rd party delivery service: These are not Sweet Cow employees, and we sadly have no control over the service that they provide. If the order was placed (and paid) through a 3rd party service, was picked up, verified and delivered by the driver - all reconciliation must go through the same channel. Please Note: While using 3rd party delivery platforms is convenient and may seem like a great idea, it's a double-edged sword. We may gain visibility, true, but we also get charged commission fees of roughly 30% of every single order leaving us with a bittersweet taste despite increased orders. You also get charged high fees to get the delivery, so it really is a raw deal. Each year we will continue to weigh the impact delivery services have on our business and if we can continue to offer it.
