Our very first shop! This sweet spot is located in the historic Post Office of Old Town Louisville. Our team has been scooping up smiles for this tight-knit pedestrian-friendly neighborhood since 2010. Joy is served in the shop and spills out into the unique garden area.

Ozo organic espresso steeped in our milk,cream & sugar for 18 hours. OZO Coffee is a coffee roaster out of Boulder, Colorado! We use their Isabelle Espresso roast- a heavy, chocolaty, smoky and sweet espresso for our ice cream.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream - We soak Cinnamon Toast cereal overnight so all that sweet, cinnamon flavor infuses right into the milk,cream & sugar. Then we sprinkle in more of the cereal as it comes out of the machine.
