We've recently transitioned to a new gift card provider, Toast.
Your Sweet Cow gift cards are still valid and just as sweet!
Here's what you need to know:
If your gift card has the Toast logo, you're all set! Your gift card can be used both in-shop and online using the same gift card number. Check your balance here.
If your gift card does not have the Toast logo, it was issued through our previous gift card provider. Good news! Your original gift card number still works in-shop! Only online purchases require an updated gift card number.

Just bring your gift card to any Sweet Cow shop!
Using Your Gift Card Online
You can use your legacy gift card online, too! Email info@sweetcow.com with your existing gift card number, and we'll provide the updated number needed for online orders.
Checking Your Balance
Visit any Sweet Cow shop or email info@sweetcow.com with your card number, and we'll look it up for you!
No Problem! If you received a Sweet Cow gift card by email and the original link no longer works, don't worry! We got you. Simply forward your original gift card email to info@sweetcow.com, and we'll help you retrieve your gift card number, typically within 1-2 days.
